"il Gourmet" is recognised as being one of the foremost representatives of the creative Bergamasco cuisine in Italy due to its refined plates. The vast choice of typical Bergamasco and Mediterranean dishes, overseen by the Chef Stefano, are capable of satisfying every appetite. The wine cellar, personally overseen by the owners Aldo Beretta and Giovanni Cornacchia, offers the best "wines" amongst both Italian products and foreign ones. Last but not least we should remember the extensive and appreciated collection of grappas and whiskeys.

The Restaurant "il Gourmet" can be found on the main balcony of the premises and it is basically made up of three internal dining halls and two outdoor terraces with pergola and separated in the following way: Internal dining hall A hall with panoramic glass windowing (seating for 100) A dining room with fireplace (seating for 60) A small private room (seating for 20)
